Admission and Tickets: a. All attendees must purchase a ticket to access Sugar Lane Lights Christmas light drive-through show. b. Tickets may be purchased online or on-site. c. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. d. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason.
Safety: a. All attendees must remain in their vehicles throughout the entire duration of the show. b. Vehicles must follow the designated path and speed limit. c. Attendees must obey all instructions and directions from event staff and volunteers. d. Attendees assume all risks and liabilities associated with their participation in the event.
Photography and Video: a. Photography and video recording are allowed for personal use only. b. Commercial photography and videography are not allowed without prior written permission from the event organizer. c. Attendees grant the event organizer the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Cancellation and Refunds: a. In the event of severe weather conditions, the event may be cancelled or postponed. b. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and given the option to transfer their ticket to another available date or receive a full refund. c. The event organizer is not responsible for any additional costs or damages incurred by ticket holders as a result of the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Liability: a. The event organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or vehicles while on the event premises. b. The event organizer is not liable for any personal injury or harm incurred by attendees while on the event premises. c. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are in working condition and do not get stuck while attending the event
Entry Time: Guests must arrive at their designated entry time as stated on their ticket. Late arrivals may be denied entry or may have to wait for the next available time slot.
Vehicle Restrictions: Sugar Lane Lights Christmas light drive-through show is designed for standard passenger vehicles only. Commercial vehicles, buses, limousines, motorcycles, and RVs are not permitted.
No Stopping or Exiting Vehicles: For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to stop or exit their vehicle during the drive-through show. Violators will be immediately removed from the premises without refund.
Follow Directions: All guests must follow the directions of event staff and signage throughout the drive-through show.
Music and Sound: Guests are advised that the Sugar Lane Lights Drive-Through Christmas Light Show may include music and sound effects that may be loud or cause sensory overload for some individuals.
By purchasing a ticket and attending Sugar Lane Lights drive-through show, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with these guidelines.
